It constitute from three floors and the underground.
In the ground floor they are forecasted luxurious shops, while in the two floors are forecasted apartments of two rooms and living rooms. Two of the apartments are mezonettes, from which the lounge and the kitchen are in the first floor and the bedrooms are in the second floor. Ground plan of second floor. In the right and left side of building we distinguish the second floor from the two-storied apartments with two bedrooms and wc. Right and left from the central scale we have two apartments of three bedrooms and in the facade of building we have four apartments of two bedrooms as in all the floors in the centre we have the atrium. Total area of floor 600 m2.
